Hey their... The code on your Hub450/550/470 is the toner density not being read. The drum must be removed u will find a sensor under the Mylar(mylar catches the toner wiped from the drum) that sensor is dirty and the Mylar is bad... :-D. PS u can perhaps repair the mylar with tape from the inside... Good luck
Sir/Mam, Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the front cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it damage you get a code. If this does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad
The Document Feeder has only 1 Malfunction code for any problem with it. If opening and closing the front cover (while it is turned on) resets it and you can use the machine, dont worry about it. The unit was prone to this false malfunction code. If it returns very often, then get an engineer to have a look at it.
