Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
Hi there, here are some solutions to combat this issue. Check for restricted drain system. i would trace the hoses and check to see if they have became twisted or clogged. Next, in cold climates the main drain hose can become frozen. this can be a issue as well.you could also have a control board sensor that checks the water rate. this sensor could be out as well.i would also check the control board connections at cn10 (6pin). this is the wire running from the board to the pump. this could be lose or disconnected. lastly, check the tube to pump tube. this could also be twisted or clogged. hope that helps and, thx for using fix ya.
