Question about Husqvarna Huskylock Computerized 936
Thried to serge material that was too thick. the machine started clacking and cutting poorly. I adjusted the travel on the upper cutter and it seems to work, but I would like to adjust it to the proper specs
There are no specific specs other than "eyeballing" it. Make sure the bottom blad is level with the plate of the machine. The upper cutter should meet and overlap slightly. It is usually a trial and error thing to get it aligned. Good luck.

I had the same problem and thought I had to replace the blades. What I really needed to do was to adjust the lever on the right side of the machine to the thickest fabric level. This is one possible solution.
