I faxed a document thru my HP LaserJet 3330 and did not receive a confirmation sheet. I was able to print the Fax Activity Log and saw that the fax was successfully sent. Is there a way to extract a copy of the document I faxed displaying the date, time, and fax number I faxed it to on the document copy itself?

This might be what you are wanting. Hope it helps.
Including the first page of each fax on the fax call report If this option is turned on, the fax call report will display a thumbnail (50% reduction) of the first page of the last fax that was sent or received. To include the first page of each fax on the fax call report Use the following steps to include the first page of each fax on the fax call report: 1 Press menu/enter. 2 Use the < or > button to select Reports and press menu/enter. 3 Use the < or > button to select Fax Call Report and press menu/enter. 4 Use the < or > button to select Include First Page and press menu/enter. 5 Use the < or > button to select On or Off and press menu/enter to confirm your selection.

Does this happen only with some documents/software? I have a different HP printer (a LaserJet) that does the same thing only with PDFs printed from another program. (This happens with PaperPort and browsers using the Adobe Reader plug-in, for example.) If I open Adobe Reader and then open the document in question, I can print multiple copies correctly.
It sounds like you need to replace your ADF seperation pad. That's what allows only one piece of paper to pass at a time. The part number for that is C7309-60009, it is recommended that you replace the pick up rollers as well (C7309-60091)If you are looking to do this yourself and save money, shoot me your email address and I can send you a pdf file on how to get everything replaced.
The problem may be in the machine you're sending to, if you get a copy thru the adf or on the glass with no lines, it's the same image you would send thru fax. Check the narrow glass though, I usually find white out on that glass and have to clean it off.
What you need to do is on the printer, hit the menu/enter button, then scroll through until you see "Fax Setup" click enter, then scroll until you see "fax receive setup", click enter, then scroll until you see "rings to answer". Here can you set it to a higher number of rings, just remember to click enter once you've got the number set to where you want it.
