SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Pin code reached the copy limit. How to re-set the copy limit for pin code?

The Auditron feature is used to prevent the machine from being used by unauthorized users and also to track the total number of copies or prints produced with each account. When the total number reaches the upper limit set up by machine administrator, users cannot use the copy feature on the machine. Before resetting the machine you will want to print a usage report. Those instructions are at the bottom of these instructions.
  1. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. See the Related Items below for additional information on navigating the Control Panel.
  2. Press the [Select] button below the Display Screen to select 'System Settings.'

  3. Use the numeric keypad on the Control Panel to enter the Administrator Login ID, then press the [Select] button to confirm.

NOTE: The default System Administrator Login ID is set to 11111. The System Administrator mode allows you to customize many settings on the machine to suit your particular requirements. The machine enters the Machine Administrator mode only when a correct System Administrator login ID is entered.

  4. Press the [Select] button until 'Auditron Admin' is highlighted, and then press the [Enter] button on the Control Panel to confirm selection. The Auditron Administration screen will be displayed.
  5. Press the middle [Select] button until 'Reset Acc Limit' is highlighted, and then press the [Enter] button. The 'Reset Accounts' screen will be displayed.
  6. Press the left [Select] button to reset all accounts.
  7. Press the middle [Select] button to cancel the request.
  8. Press the left or middle [Select] button to perform the action. The Auditron Administration screen will be displayed.
  9. Press the [Exit] button to return to the default screen.
Solution : How To Print Reports and Lists (Auditron / Copy Meter Report) The Print Report / List feature allows you to print various reports and lists for each non-print job.
  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed on the Display Screen. See the Related Items below for additional information on navigating the Control Panel.
  2. Press the middle [Select] button below the Display Screen to display the Report / List information.

  3. Press the [Enter] button on the Control Panel. The Print Report / List (Non-print Jobs) screen will be displayed with the options referenced in the table below.
Copy Meter
Lists the account data such the account name, the limit set for the account and the total number of copies for each account.
  1. Press the [Select] button to scroll to highlight the required report under the appropriate column, then press [Enter].
  2. Press the [Start] button on the Control Panel. The Report / List will print.

I have mfc 290 c all in one problem t gives error no 46 what i cando tell me please

This is caused by the performed purge sequences reaching its limit. To reset the counter, press menu then press *2864 within 2 seconds ("maint" should be on the display and all the lights should be flashing, if not try again), then press 80, then keep pressing black/mono start button until screen displays "purge count", press 2783 to reset purge count, then press stop/exit key, then press 99.

Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer not working..Alarm light & copy light is on...but it doesn't do anything else.

this is an inkjet printe. most inkjet printers hace counters. it must have reached its limit. this is given that the inks are still ok. if it has reached its limit, you will need to have your printer reset with canon.

Yellow iu over life limit - call for service 30C-KM Is this something I can fix or do I really have to have service come in?

Hi there,

The imaging units have a chip inside.

This one counts the number of copys/prints made with the unit.

Once the chip has reached his number, he gives a signal to the machine that it needs to be replaced.

There are ways to reset this chip with a resetter (kosts alot and is only good when you use a whole lot of units.....)

I think its better to order a unit and to replace it yourself, so you dont have to pay the technician costs.

greetz,

Marc

Copy limit

the only way is to goto additional functions > System Settings> dept I.D > set a user code and password, then you can set a copy limit per user id, once a copy limit is reached you have to reset it or create a new user I.D. Thats the only way, you can also get reports on how many copies each I.D has done..

Hope this helps
