Question about Philips J44414
I lost my CD that came wt the camra i need to reistall it
Hi kimsq & twilight
i found the page for your cam at on the philips website... they are in the support section (often you can find drivers in the manufacturers support section) you'll need to use the following link: Philips Contact & Support
type in sic4700 in the search box, then click the link to the product... once in the product page, click on the software & drivers link in the lefthand menu.
you'll have a list of drivers there, be sure to select the driver that matches your proper country, language and operating system.
hope that helps!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
