Check the cable also id your cable end into the pc is it blue and about 15 pins or is it white and about 20 pins with 4 on one side? that hdmi. but analoge is vga and are you sure you pc is running do you hear a fan running inide? try that

If it doesn't turn off by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, then it cannot be turned off by the power button alone, like most modern lcd monitors. Most modern monitors goes into standby mode. To completely cut power, you must unplug the power cable.

More than likely the unit is not in power save mode, When in power save and you turn the unit off and back on you will get a picture. If its still will not display a picture or your power light is blinking then you have a shorted power supply board. We have a step by step repair guide posted on our web site at: www.ccl-la.com Look it over and check your monitor, this is the most common cause of no power, picture or just a blinking power light. Usually when an LCD display shuts off on it's own this can be a power supply issue. I would say if you checked all the connections you may want to contact the manufacturer. If it is only a few months old then you should be able to get it replaced under warranty.
Also, you may have an auto shut off feature enabled on the display itself. You may want to go through the display's menu to very that this is not the case.
If you know how to open it up and get to the power supply you will find three capacitors 2-820uf and 1-330 @ 25vdc 105o.they will have puffed up tops replace them. FYI the monitor has a 3 year warranty.
Problem from motherboard side.
- No display from motherbaord circuit (Display IC)
- Try to figure out with PCI Display card or
- Try to connect different monitor or this monitor to different computer to cross check your dignosis
