Question about Pioneer PDP-4350HD 43 in. Plasma Television
I connected a DVI cable from my Laptop (docking station) directly to the flat sreen panel but get no input on the screen, just a flashing green(on)/red(standby). Ay suggestions?
Have you tried to lower you laptop's screen resolution to 800x600?
Have you tried one of these:
1. You need to manually enable video on tv by pressing two buttons on your laptop keyboard. The first is "Fn" (at the left bottom). The second depends on your laptop manufacturer. Look at the function keys. F1....F12 for the LCD/CRT or the corresponding sign. Press and hold Fn and press second button. Sometimes you need to press second button several times. This means you need to cycle through all available options to enable Laptop's screen and TV screen at the same time (clone).
2. Intel Extreme Graphics video cards sometimes doesn't support a procedure described above. You need to find intel video card options manager running at the sys-tray (right bottom of your screen near the clock). Right click on it. Select Graphic Options -> Output to -> Laptop + ... clone (or something similar)
Note that not all video cards are capable of showing the movie on media player at the same time. You need to choose then,- Laptop or TV
