I would like the operating manual for home tek steam cleaner

HI...........................

Couldn't see a manual on their web page, but you can try emailing them http://www.hometekinternational.co.uk/contact.htm

Home-tek Steam Mop Instructions

The Home-tek steam mop is designed for use on tile, vinyl and wood laminate flooring. This type of mop works a bit differently than your regular cleaning mop, as it uses steam to safely sanitize your hard flooring surfaces while removing stuck-on buildup.
Difficulty:Easy Instructions Things You'll Need

  • Water
  • Micro-fiber pad
    • 1 Open the cap of the water reservoir. This is located at the base of the unit, at the top of the reservoir, and twist it off.
    • 2 Pour tap water into the unit until you meet the fill line; water temperature makes no difference.
    • 3 Make sure a micro-fiber pad is attached to the bottom of the unit. This will be included with your purchase, and you may need to replace the pads over time if they wear or become heavily soiled. Replacements can be purchased from the manufacturer. If you need to attach the pad to the steam-cleaning unit, position the shape of the pad so it matches the base of the unit and snap into place on all four corners.
    • 4 Turn on the power switch with your foot. The switch is located at the bottom back side of the unit.
    • 5 Push the steam mop over the hard floor surface, pushing the steam trigger as needed at the top of the handle. Continue until your floor is cleaned to your liking.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WATERMILL SHOWER PUMP - On turning on the shower

This sounds like a problem with the flow switch(es) that control the operation of the pump motor.

When the pressure decreases I assume that the pump has switched itself off - check this before going any further, but I will assume that this is the case. (If the pump is still running when the pressure decreases then you have a really strange problem and I would need to think again).

The pump motor is controlled by flow switches on the outlet side of the pump - when the shower valve is opened the flow of water activates a switch that supplies power to the pump motor. There will be one flow switch on the hot outlet from the pump and another on the cold outlet.

I assume that one or both of the flow switches is not operating correctly. This can be either a fault with the switch(es) or insufficient water pressure on the inlet side. Has anything changed that might have reduced the pressure on the inlet side of the pump? Have you moved the water tank that supplies the pump? (cold water storage tank)

If there is adequate pressure on the inlet then one or both of the flow switches is not working correctly. To further diagnose the problem try turning the shower valve to cold water only and test the operation of the pump, then turn it to hottest and test again.

If the pump operates correctly on cold only or hot only then the associated flow switch is OK, and the other one is faulty.

Replacing a flow switch is not difficult if you are reasonably handy, and I am happy to provide further help if you need it.

I have a iSqueez OS-8000 foot massager that has stopped working properly, the kneading control has stopped. I would like to know where I can get this repaired. I live in St. Louis, MO.

I have the same problem. The kneading starts briefly and then stopped. Did you find any solution? Would appreciate it if you could post that. I'll do some research on it as well.

I have a Kohler 25kw that runs on LP that will not stay running. When you switch to manual start, it will run than shut back down like it is not getting fuel. The LP pressure at the regulator is correct.

If you are sure the regulator is ok and that the engine is getting the correct amount of fuel, then check for any throttle linkage issues, high speed fuel adjustment settings, loose carburetor mounting bolts, air/vacuum leaks, etc.

Also check to see if the engine has oil pressure cutoff, low coolant cutoff (if water cooled), and overspeed control.

Also, does it transfer and then shut down or will it even transfer? Make sure the transfer switch is ok and there aren't any issues with loads, etc.

We bought a house with a hot tub and do not have the instructions to it. We have a Manatee Electric spa heater made by Tropic Air Products, Inc manuf. 4/1997 model E-11 11 KW AMPS. We would love some...

I just looked at the exploded drawing for the Manatee. It looks like a very simple heater. The heater will simply come on whenever the pump is running and the thermostat says that the tub is not hot enough. So, for the heater, set it and forget it.

The adjustment you can make is by setting the low-speed pump timer. There should be a timer on the control box, somewhere. Generally, you set the timer to come on for a couple of hours, twice a day. During those times, the pump will come on low-speed and the heater will come on as needed.
Keep in mind that the tub will only heat when the pump is running so you will want to set the timer so that the tub has been running for at least an hour when you will be ready to use it.

Most controls will also allow you to put the pump on thermostat control, usually with a switch (timer/ t-stat). By running on t-stat control, the low-speed pump and heater will turn on whenever the temperature drops a couple of degrees.

Timer control is usually more efficient for two reasons:
1. The tub doesn't heat water when you don't need it (like while you are sleeping or at work).
2. The pump isn't cycling on and off all day and night. Cycling is not very efficient.

Tip: If you want to soak when the tub isn't hot, just turn the pump on for 10 minutes or so before you get in. That is a pretty big heater, and unless you have very poor insulation or a worn-out cover, the temp shouldn't drop too fast.

Another tip: The best way to save money on a tub is to maintain your pH. Check it EVERY WEEK! Incorrect pH will shorten the life of your heater and seals. One service call would have paid for a lot of electricity.

Please feel free to post follow-up questions.

None

I would Recommend that you update the Alarm panel your alarm company. Because then they would be able to show and give you information on how to use the new alarm, instead of having an alarm panel that is out of date and no longer has a company backing it. Good Luck!
