Some softwares or games are not supported in windows 7. Even if they run, they crashes after sometime. Try to run it in compability mode:
Right click the executable file and click on Toubleshoot Compability option. It will solve your problem. Even if it doesn't, try installing again but in compability mode. (run installer with compability mode)
For uninstalling Nero7 completely you may download and use the "Nero 7 CleanTool". This utility delete all Nero 7 files and entries from your system. Please download it from here: http://www.nero.com/enu/support-nero7-tools-utilities.html
Also, you will find further instructions in this page.
I hope this helps. Thanks
That INCD service or component is a part of Nero. It gets installed with Nero. This was a common problem of Nero 7. What you can do is uninstall and re install the product. You have to use an uninstaller program available (such as your uninstaller) to remove the registry keys as well. Its clearly indicating that the programs is not successfully installed.
Note: If you try to install Nero 9 in a Windows XP SP2 environment or in a Windows 7 environment you might receive the same error. Those are compatibility issues. You have to use SP3 in XP and you have to purchase Nero 10 for Windows 7. Incd is not necessary to function Nero. Try to install without Incd. You can do that while installing. Choose the Customized Installation. If you are using Nero 7, I recommend to use Nero 6 or 8 and upwards.
You can download Nero from their web site or using a torrent as well.
Some funny things may happen when Nero gets installed partially.
Go to Properties by Right Clicking the Taskbar and untick "Hide inactive icons" check box.
Click on "Customize". Check the "Behavior property and for the programs which have the setting "Always Hide", select "Always Show" option.
Then Apply and click on OK button.
Contact me further if you still have the problem.
If the solution works for you please be kind enough to rate the answer as well :-)
Windows Vista is supported by Nero 7 since the version Nero 184.108.40.206.. Older versions of Nero 7 do not support Windows Vista. If you are trying to install Nero 7 from your original disc it is likely that there is an older version included on this disc. If you want to install Nero 7 on Windows Vista please be sure that you will only use latest Nero 7 version, you can download from the below website. Also please be sure that there won't be any rests of old Nero 7 versions on your system by performing the following steps:
1. Start uninstalling all old Nero 7 applications and files from your computer using the Nero 7 CleanTool
Download the Nero 7 CleanTool using the following link: Click here. Save this file to your desktop. Unzip the ZIP-file with WinZip or WinRAR and save the content to your hard drive. Double-click on the unzipped EXE-file to start the CleanTool. The window “Nero General Clean Tool” will open. The installed Nero version will be displayed. Activate the checkboxes in the displayed Nero version. Then click the “Clean” button. A status window will open. The execution of the tool may take several minutes. Please wait until the progress bar has moved completely to the right. In the window “Nero General Clean Tool” click the “Exit” button as soon as the erasing procedure is completed. Reboot your computer. The Nero 7 CleanTool has removed all Nero entries from your computer.
2. To install the latest Nero 7 version, please proceed as follows: (Note: do not install a previous Nero 7 version from an installation CD now, but download and install the latest version of Nero 7 from our website. All Nero 7 download versions have the full range of functions as an original Nero 7 installation CD. There is no need to install a previous version of Nero first.)
Download and install the latest Nero 7 version from website using the following link: Click here. Save this file to your desktop. Double-click the downloaded Nero 7 installation file to start the installation. Enter your Nero 7 serial number during the installation to make your Nero into a permanent version. (The download without a serial number is a trial version only). You now have a newly installed version of Nero 7 on your computer.
Hi, First of all if you have the Nero 7 setup file, try installing it once and uninstall from control panel -> Add Remove Programs, after that try installing Nero 8, if this doesn't solve the problem you can proceed with Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, download that from microsoft website, Install it and Run it, then select all the entries of Nero from the list you get and click on Remove. Then try to Install Nero 8, it should work fine.
go to this link and download the nero 7 clean tool - http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Clean_Tools.html - then try reinstalling nero 7 essentials version - make sure you use the nero 7 essentials serial number. hope this solves your problem.
