I have a Koochi stroller and have taken it apart to put in the washer, i wonder if anyone knows or can give me directions as to how to put all the straps back together again i seem to have just the lie down position and a strap dangling at the back which connects to the adjuster
I recommend calling Dorel Juvenille Group (the manufacturer of your product). They can be reached at 1-800-544-1108 and are open M-F from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM EST (except Friday - they are open until 4:30PM). You will need the model number and date of manufacture. It can be found on a white label somewhere on you product (I would check the back of the seat on the stroller itself - that is where both of mine are located). With this, they can provide you with replacement parts, instructions, etc. You can also find them online at djgusa.com. I recommend calling, though. I have found it much more effective.
