Question about Plantronics 510 Voyager Headset - PLN-510 Headset
Hoping someone can help - I've been able to pair my Voyager 510 with both my iphone and MacBook Pro, on the iphone I can talk and hear, and on the MacBook I can hear, but not talk. WHen I replay test calls (on skype) all I get is static - Plantronics support couldn't help - they suggested resetting the headset, which we did a couple of times, and also suggested that the unit might be faulty - but if the mike works with the iPhone - why not the Mac?

see what TTY mode your phone is in. TTY mode is under call settings or go to voice command and say TTY mode. I keep mine off. This mode is for people who are deaf, and people who are hard of hearing and use hearing aids.
