How do i turn the ringer and microphone on in my iphone 6plus?

I can hear jingle bells in the background. You turn up volume with the the two larger buttons on the left hand side. Upper for louder and lower for lowering right down to mute. You need to be in the particular application when you adjust volume. In normal switched on and open mode, altering those buttons adjusts the ringer volume. Above those two buttons is the phones silent button. When you push it towards the back of the phone it turns off the ringer. When you are making calls, there is a mute button on the display. Also remember that the microphone is in the bottom edge of the phone next to the headphone socket. Don't cover it when you are making videos. Enjoy your new 6 Plus, they are amazing. I have the standard 6. It you have any other questions just ask.

On a audiovox vm9312 I lost remote and can't turn

The VM9312 has a volume knob on the unit's faceplate. Just rotate the knob on the left (a little below the optical disc D slot) clockwise to increase the volume. Turn it the opposite way to lower the volume. (If you have the knob set to the maximum volume and then lowered the volume with the remote, you may need to reset the unit; see below.) If you push in and release on this button, you press Enter or confirm a setting when you are in any audio settings menu.

If the volume control isn't working, check if the mute is on. Press once to toggle the Mute. The mute button is just below and near the right side of the optical drive slot.

If you still can't change the volume, check if you have the wiring correct and no shorted wires. Look for damage at the speakers (or evidence of mice chewing on the wires). Also check your audio balance. See the manual page 12 here: http://www.voxxintlcorp.com/docs/common/VM9312/VM9312_OM.pdf . You may also want to try a system reset. (Press and hold the reset button for a few seconds by using the tip of a ballpoint pen in the little opening at the lower right hand side of the faceplate.)

I hope this helps.

My Panasonic cf-w8 is mute? How do I unmute it? Does the Fn button have something to do with it?

Well the FN key could have set the mute on if the mute key was also pressed.

Click the megaphone at the bottom right near the time and open the audio properties and volume control. Check to make sure the mute is not checked.

You can also click Start/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound and adjust to make sure the mute is not check.

On your keyboard if you Press and Hold the FN function key at the lower left portion of the keyboard then you can hit the key that has the megaphone with an X across it to take the mute off.

Some laptops have 3 buttons that control the volume. One for turning the volume up, one for turning the volume down and one for muting the volume.

Volume is mute

There is probably a button or key you can press to unmute the volume. Most times you have to Press and Hold the FN function key at the lower left portion of the keyboard then hit the key that has the megaphone with the x across it.

You could try right clicking on the megaphone at the bottom right near the time and adjust the volume or properties. Remove the check mark from mute.

Or you can look for the Audio Sound properties in the Control Panel. Click Start/Control Panel and look for Audio Sound. Open it and remove the mute check mark if it is on the volume controls.

When i plug my speakers in there is no sound

Check for power cables for your speaker and put the Audio cable into the green sound port on the computer then turn on the speaker. Then check for the volume control on your windows. Its located on the lower right hand side of the windows desktop. Click it to check if its not on mute. If its good but still no sound. Check for the sound settings in control panel. Just click Start button then open control panel. You will see there Sound or Audio for some. Open it then check if the playback device is on speakers. You may also need to configure it. Just click speakers in playback device then click configure on the lower left. Just choose the right number of speakers you have.

If a consumer is not experiencing any issues currently, there is no need for the consumer to take immediate action because the one-time fix to resolve the service issue will be available if an AVIC-N1 and AVIC-N2 later experiences the service issue. _Importantly, the service issue does not pose any health or safety risk._ Pioneer is aware of a potential issue with the flex-cable powering the flip screen to the AVIC-N1 and the AVIC-N2. After a number of power cycles, the cable has been observed to fail and cause the unit to malfunction (symptoms may include, but are not limited to, the flip-screen becoming blank) -- flex-cable failure can only be confirmed by Pioneer; standard service charges may apply for service issues not related to the flex-cable upgrade. This issue may affect almost all AVIC-N1 units and AVIC-N2 units. Please contact Pioneer at the number listed below if you have a question about whether your AVIC-N1 or AVIC-N2 unit is affected by this issue, or if a specific malfunction affecting your AVCI-N1 or AVIC-N2 is related to this issue. To address this issue, Pioneer is providing a one-time cable upgrade to consumers for their AVIC-N1 and AVIC-N2 at no charge to consumers for parts and labor. Pioneer will offer the free upgrade either upon request or automatically if an affected unit is serviced for another reason. Pioneer will exclusively perform the free cable upgrade for all units (i.e., no other service facility should perform the cable upgrade). If you own an AVIC-N1 or AVIC-N2 and you are experiencing the service issue, please contact Pioneer Customer Service toll free at 800-421-1603 to arrange for the cable upgrade. Pioneer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). AVIC-N1 opens to blanks screen and none of buttons work

It is probably the ribbon cable that you can see when the screen closes. This is a known problem and the part is sometimes hard to find. But is available.
