Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
I just got this phone for free off my dad's friend's girlfriend. I don't know how long she has had this phone, and I can now see why she gave it to me.
The phone says the battery is invalid. I've tried charging it for more than I should, and nothing.
I've also tried to take out the battery while the phone was on, and left it off for 15 seconds.
Then, putting it back in and turning it on. And still, nothing.
I've also tried different batteries.
What else can I do?
You might have a 'cooked' battery. If they are left charging for prolonged periods, the battery is heated and charged excessively, and will no longer work properly if even at all. You may need to purchase a new one.
If not it is the conection to the battery that is in the phone itself.
