Question about HTC PPC-6800 Smartphone
When i went to hit a button , i accidentally hit the button that locks the screen , and it went to the screen i meant to hit , and it also locked it .
ive restarted my phone like 30 by the button on the bottom , and taken the battery out , and everything . i don't know what to do .
You may have to do a hard reset.
You do this by:
Holding down both left and right soft keys (the buttons above the red and green phone keys) while pressing the reset button (on the bottom of your phone) with the stylus. Hol down the soft keys until you see a message asking if you want to reset. You then need t slide the keyboard open and press the appropriate key.
Warning: this will reset your phone to manufacturers settings; all data will be erased. Your phone, however, will no longer have a password, and you will be able to set a new one.
