Ok i think what the question means is make a program that ask the user to type a letter of one of the corresponding colors for example

char letter;
cout << "type a letter: "
cin >> letter;

if the letter is r
cout << "red"
cout << "unknown color"

for a legit example of the code please email me ill send you a full compilable source for this example only not the whole project but itll be enough to build on

When it comes to else, if, or else-if statements, once you understand how they work you will be laughing. It is not very difficult to understand, and for all C/C++ programmers (New or Experienced alike) I would suggest reading the information and tutorials located at

This is a great resource site for any C/C++ programmers out there, especially if you have been single tasked and forgot how to do something.

Singer Futura CE 150, Problem 19 says check thread and bobbin, this I have done and all looks okay and is threaded correctly, but this fault keeps coming up when doing embroidery

I had this same problem for a while. How I fixed it is: take hold of the thread (between the spool & where it goes under the plastic covering) & give it a gentle but firm pull towards you. That will pull the thread into the sensors. I get this #19 error even when sewing & this fixes it everytime.

''Error 1706''

My colleague says that when Error 1706 occurs during an attempt to install an MSI file from removable media, the first thing you should try to do is check the Media Package Pathway and determine if the pathway does in fact track to the right folder. If it does not, scan the removable media and locate the file where the MSI file is housed. In some cases, you may find that the MSI file is found in a folder that is named App1. Once you have determined where to find the right file, it is a matter of resetting the Media Package Pathway so that the system will find and activate the MSI file. This will require you to make some changes to the command line or possibly make a permanent change in the registry.
It is important to note that making changes in the command line and especially in the registry are functions that someone who is familiar with writing code and general information system functions should perform.
If you are not knowledgeable about these sorts of functions, there is every possibility that the modification will not result in resolving the issue regarding the MSI file. Further, the change may create additional problems with the media package.

Problem with Compaq Fortran & Vista

I found the solution fortunately:

It's enough to do a right click on the bottom: "Developer Studio" instead of double click, and select: "Run as Administrator" , then select: "Allow" and so on..

Try it, it works!
