Question about NetGear WGR614 Wireless Router
They wont open!! help!!...cannot find servers??
I had this problem. I noticed that when I would try to http to
192.168.1.1 (even after a reset) it would try to redirect me to the
welcome page, but using a domain name that didn't resolve locally.
I think the address bar in my browser changed from:
You are able to ping the address, but unable to http to the setup page.
Change the domain name portion to the IP address so DNS doesn't try to resolve it.
After you log in and perform the initial setup, it shouldn't do this any longer.
Hope this helps!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
