The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. If there is a memory card that came along or was inserted by you, then it might have some errors. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
I have windows xp so i just click my song then right click. Then i send it to the drive my phone is presently plugged into(my computer). The music can go to 2 places in the i9.Into the phone which will be one drive and the memory card will be another drive. You can then move em around in your phone.A file can be in the documents and the other will be multimedia.
If it's an iphone clone, chances are it will not run half the stuff a genuine iphone does let alone have java support! Try searching for apps for this clone and there could be some out there on google. Increasing built in memory, that's usually only possible with a memory card.
Open up iTunes, connect the iPhone. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds, hold both power button and home button for 10 seconds, release power button while still holding down the home button. This puts your iDevice into DFU mode, so it can be restored using iTunes.

Have you tried doing a hard shut down? Hold the silver button down on the upper right corner and also the home button (center, bottom indented button) together for about 10 seconds. the phone will completly shut off. then wait about 10 seconds and hold down the upper right hand button until the apple appears on the phone then release the button and wait (20-30seconds) . Doing this usually solves all my issues with my iphone when it gets locked up like this.
The I9 has a defect. The outer screen, which is glued, does not allow for expansion. My screen cracked after only a week of light use. My phone was NEVER DROPPED, and developed a small crack near the edge. Within two hours, the crack expanded to the other side of the screen. The phone i have was manufactured in the same month I got it. Motorola has some issues with their warranty system, and it only works sporatically. This phone will most likely be recalled.
make sure you have your phone set up to look at the memory stick and not the phones internal memory. you have to select the memory card as the prefered stoage, the phoen is set up to default to the phones internal memory unless you tell it differently.
Well let me start off by saying Cect makes knock off phones and in your case its a knock off Iphone.
They are imported phones from Hong Kong (i believe) and are made very cheap.
Most likely if your memory card is too big in size, lets say a 4gig Transflash, and they phone only supports up to a 2gig, well the reason is right there. Your memory card is too big and the phone wont support it.
If the memory card you are using came with the phone, most likely something has gone corrupt or there is a virus on a file you have uploaded or its missing the phones format on the card.
I would go in and first check to make sure the size is supported.
(check the manual or online where you bought it)
if it isnt, than thats your problem.
if it is, i would erase your files from the memory card and see if they phone will read it then. If it does, than one of your files is corrupt and just narrow it down with trial and error until you figure it out.
if you still cannot open the card,
i would search your phone in the settings and the menu until you find a memory card option or an option to format a memory card. Once you have found that, format the card (on your phone) and then go about placing your music and videos in the correct labeled folders.
