Hello this problem is due to some dust particles held on the ear piece of your mobile.. Remove the panel and clean the ear piece if dust is covered.. If problem still persists then it might have got wet in rain or some how.. If so you need to change the ear piece.. There is no other go.. Thank you for using fixya.. Please rate me on fixya to continue my further assistance..
press and hold the button (on/off button) on the ear piece until the light becomes blinking blue and red. Turn on the bluetooth scanner of your phone and search. Select the handsfree and pair them. Simple.
If you turn on your handsfree and the light is blinking purple, that means you need to turn off the handsfree and restart with holding on to the button on the ear piece.
BDEATH here. A first NOKIA 6600 i noticed that on some brands works just fine. i had the same as yours and it was a logitech hands free headset.. Try 2 ways. first one is to search for a new bluetooth device by sending a photo, and then save the bluetooth device name. Second just find your bluetooth settings and try to turn it on. It may asked you to look for devices by itself. In both cases have your device turn ON.
