Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
Right click on the Start button and choose "Properties".
you should then see a "Customize" button, click on that. This will then show you a list of all the items displayed on the start menu; scroll down until you see "help" check that, then hit "Ok" until you are back out. Help and Support should now be back on your start menu.
