Deleted Text Message Retrieval

I accidentally deleted a group of messages that I need to retrieve. I have a LG-VX8300 phone from Verizon. Is there any way to get them back or are they gone forever? I have the same problem!!!! I have a moto rokr v6m with us cellular and saved a bunch of messages in my hot messages (which is like the same thing as saved messages). IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS PLEASE HELP!!!! email me at [email protected] please!!!!!

Unfortunatly I'm afraid once you delete them they are gone, they only thing I could think of to do is contact your wireless carrier and ask for a record of your text messages if they are really that important. Hope this helps!
