Genx scanner driver for Vista

I couldn't use my Genx scanner with the new os of Vista, I tried the driver that is available at: http://www.genxmea.com/default.asp?action=category&ID=26 but no way, please advice vista basic

The Ultra does not state that it supports VISTA.
The Majic one does state VISTA support.

If it is new and the Majic model. I would consider taking it back.

There r separate drivers r there for basic ,permium , ulttimate u have select version and u have download it

I'm not sure what a genx driver CD contains, but driver files are available for the LiDE 25 at this link. Select your operating system, then download the appropriate driver and tool box (found under Software).

Honestly, the only option is if the printer manufacturer develops a drivers that works with vista. or You can try install the generic drivers for the scanner see if that will work. Better consult with the manufacturer of the scanner for compatible drivers for vista
