Hi penpoint1959 - The washer tub is stabilized by a number of springs that are attached to the frame of the tub and base of the washer. Make sure that the unit is loaded evenly and that the entire laundry center is leveled properly. If correct, possibly one or more of the springs may have broken or come loose. As far as the dryer is concerned, it could be a bad motor, a clog in the blower wheel or something binding the tub. Try spinning the dryer tub with your hand. If you notice that the drum cannot rotate freely, I suggest consulting a professional for an accurate diagnosis and to assist with the repairs.

Just fixed the same problem. Its a broken belt. Take the front panel off and to the right of the tub you will see a pulley and belt. We replaced both the pulley and the belt for around $40. Was real easy to do yourself.

one of the welds on your inner stainless steal tub may have broke causing the drop of your tub. The tub has a warranty on it but the labor to put it in is around 3hrs give or take any hour.
Hello penpoint1959 - The tub is stabilized in the center with multiple springs which attach to the base of the washing machine and the frame of the tub. If one of the spring(s) is loose or broken, this may result in the tub being off center. Other possibilities are, the unit is not level and the load of clothing is not balance evenly in the tub. I personally first verify that the unit is level and the unit is being loaded evenly. If correct, and if I was in your position I would contacting a certified technician to move forward accurately and to assist with the repairs.
