Re: Cycle Signal Volume beeps from loud to soft
This is a common and very well known problem with the Oasis. You will need to replace the operator interface board inside the control panel to resolve this issue. The board is located directly behind the control knob. If you post back with your model number, I can research a part number for you, give you info on where you can order a replacement, and give you guidance on how to replace the board yourself.
a 6ya Repairman can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

To turn off the cycle completion signal on a Bosch dishwasher, please do the following:
1. Press and hold the right "CANCEL/DRAIN" button then press and hold the "ON/OFF" button 2. When the light above the "CANCEL/DRAIN" button illuminates and the beeping starts, release both buttons 3. Press the right "CANCEL/DRAIN" button repeatedly until the tone is at the desired volume, i.e. silent 4. Press the "ON/OFF" button again to confirm/set the desired volume.
Your HP all-in-one provides three levels for adjusting the ring and speaker volume. The ring volume is the volume of the phone rings. The speaker volume is the level of everything else, such as the dial tones, fax tones, and button press beeps. The default setting is Soft. 1 Press Setup. 2 Press 4, and then press 8. This displays the Basic Fax Setup menu and then selects Ring and Beep Volume. 3 Press to select one of the options: Soft, Loud, or Off. Note If you select Off, you will not hear a dial tone, fax tones, or incoming ring tones. 4 Press OK.
Hi Celine, I just experienced the same exact problem. I came here looking for a solution. I got mine to stop by holding down the cycle signal button for 3 seconds, releasing it for three seconds, and repeating until both lights (loud and soft) went off. Hope it helps.
To turn the beep off (or volume down) on the Exxcel 7 (BOSCH WAE24468GB you do the following:
1. Turn setting dial to off.2. Turn dial one step clockwise (wait for panel to light)3. Keep finger on 'RPM' button and turn dial another step clockwise and release finger.4. The default setting of '2' should appear on the display, this represents the Button Signal Volume5. Pressing 'Ready in' button cycles through the volume settings from 0 (off) to 4 (very loud!). 6. Turn dial another step clockwise to set the 'Information Signal Volume', which is also set to '2' by default. This is the one that annoys everyone at the end of the cycle! All the manuals are on the Bosch website, if you know the model code.
When the machine is on, but not running, press and hold the "pre-wash" button. After a few seconds it will begin that beep noise, keep holding it in until the beep volume goes down and finally stops completely (5-10 secs). Once the beep has stopped, release the button and voila, no more annoying beeps at the end of your cycle.
To restore the end of cycle notification (beep) do the same thing as described above, but release the button earlier while the beep is still going.
