there could be two differrent problems here.

1. Currupted flash player- download flash uninstaller and uninstall your current flash version. then (re)install the current version of flash player.

the flash uninstaller is on this page: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

In normal mode PC hangs due to spies or viruses. Unable to start the system in safe mode or safe ode in networking mode always it restarts if tried with safe mode. www.kaspersky.com, www.grisoft.com,...

When you are restarting the PC - Press F8 Key till you get the options to Boot
Choose Last Known Good Configuration and load windows
Once you have logged into your PC - try to MSCONFIG

If that does not work, Open Task Manager ( CTRL + ALT + DEL ) key and Click on Services Tab. Click the Services Button below. and it should let you open SERVICES.MSC

Disable all the Antivirus software installed ( double click on the software name and under Startup type - choose Disable )
Also Disable the Windows Installer

Try to access or Download some Virus program to Run or Clean.

I cant access all the programs in my computer...example, i will open the Paperport prog in my desktop, it wil not open, maybe its because of the virus. How can I remove all virus in my computer? Please...

If you believe it's a virus you caught, I would go to avg.com and download the free AVG antivirus. It's an excellent antivirus for free. Then, after install, be sure to update the virus signatures. Finally, run a complete scan on your C: drive.

Also, have you tried to right click Paperport and choose OPEN instead of double clicking?

Boot problem

If you cannot boot to safe mode, you may need to reinstall the OS, as it might be currupt.
Good Luck.

Unable to open Windows Media Player. Error “The file wmploc.dll has a version number of 11.0.6000.6336 where 11.0.5721.5445 was expected.”

I guess the best thing is to download the latest version of Media Player, and before you install it, you remove the version installed by the Control Panel/Add and Remove programs (and restart your system before continuing).

Here's a link to download the version 11 (even if there is 12 in the link).

The only thing I can think of is there should be a jumper pin that on the mother board that resets the cmos. Unplugging the battery does not clear the cmos rom. My guess would be the cmos rom is currupted and unfortunatly you need the rom loaded before you can flash and replace it. My advice is ditch it.
