How to reconnect to the assistence

I did not finish to resolve my problem an can not get back to my assitence.

It relates to a problem with cell phone the cell phone towers. To resolve the problem you just need to disconnect and reconnect to the tower. The easiest way to do this is to:
1) shut the phone off
2) wait a few seconds
3) turn it back on again.

If this does not resolve it just call tracphone support and they can assist you further.

Solution
Use the instructions below to resolve the issue by restarting the product.

Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.

Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges.

Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.

Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute.

Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.

Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.

Close the cover.

If prompted, print a calibration page.

Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer.

If these steps did not resolve the issue, contact HP technical support for assistance.

Hp6980 cartridge change


Please see this link to resolve the problem.
You may have to reset the printer, in which case I recommend you remove both power and data cables and wait at least 10-15 minutes before reconnecting and restarting the printer.

Print spooler for Lexmark X74- X75 all-in-one-center


Hold down the power button on the PC for about 3-5 seconds to shut down the PC. Now boot up again and try reconnecting the printer to sse if the issue is resolved.
