Question about Mitac Mio DigiWalker A702 Cell Phone
I installed SPB mobile suite to my Mio A702. after that it went locked up and frozen. so I tried soft reset and no luck. then I tried hard reset, the screen went orange as the opening screen and nothing happened. I try to hard reset again, then it went dead. I have try everything, but the phone keep dead. nothing can turn the phone on again.
Anyone have a solution? i am desperate here....
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

on/off switch in "off" position for at least 30 seconds, then turn it in "on " position, power on and "reset". You'll lose all your data and all the installed programs.
Alternative: using the screen options, go to "system info", and choose "hard reset".
Beware: pushing the joystick down while doing a reset will get you a boot menu with memory-formatting options. Choose "exit".
Otherwise look into xdadevelopers forum (Google it or go to, say,
Mio P550 / P350 ROM upload [Archive] - xda-developers
A good idea would be to backup your data in the first place- just a hint.

Holding down the hard reset button will reset the units. If, somehow, you have deleted the maps off the SD card you will need to contact mio about getting a replacement. place the memory card into a memory card reader and see what files are present in the /miomaps/maps folder.

You will have to do a "Factory Reset".
***You Will Lost All Your Data***
While you reset the device by pressing the little button on the bottom with the stylus,
Hold "UP" on the direction pad.
Keep holding for about 30 seconds.
You should then be prompted to do restore it to factory settings.
Let me know if this doesn't work, and we'll go from there,
