Question about Xerox WorkCentre M-24 Color Copier
Once we put the new belt cleaner in, it still will not register or work. apparently we are required to have the software to reset the machine to tell it there is a new belt cleaner. where do we get this software.?
Yeah, you do. Sadly that is only on a Xerox rep laptop.
The diagnostics in that machine are not in the processor but accessed via laptop.
Instead of calling Xerox, you can look up a dealer in your area. They would do it and if you have no maintenance agreement they will do it for much much cheaper, what city to you live in? Let me know and I will send you the names of dealers in your area.
