Here are a few suggestions,

*Check your connections to make sure none are loose.

*Try checking the Dish box to make sure everything that should be turned on is actually on.

*Also make sure channel 3 is the correct channel by contacting your service provider.

I hope theis solution is helpful. Please take a moment to rate this solution.

Olevia channel setup

With the remote of dish you will control the dish box. The tv control is only necesary to set the signal on channel 3 or Aux to get the signal from the dish box.

Now Your main remote will be dish remote control. Set your tv on channel 3, then turn on the dish box, and use normally.

Lost ABC channels on retune, how do I regain reception

Try manually entering the channel number. Many TV's have, besides autoscan, a way to manually add or remove channels.
(Besides, what is worth watching on ABC? (;^D)

The dish network is not working correctly in another room for two tvs what do I do?

Hi dmarshall020my name is Mike Houston of DISH Network and I was looking at your post and seenwhere your having problems with two TV's in your home. Depending on if it's TV1or TV2 and what is on the screen, if it's a black, blue, or snowy screen willdepend on the channel it is set to. For TV1 you will want it on channel 3 or oneof the inputs of the TV. If it is TV2 you will want to put it on channel 60 or73, I will send a link to help with these steps and if the problem still existplease e-mail me at Michael.houston@dishnetwork.com.http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/video

My RCA has a black block come up in the bottom of the screen? We have Dish Network Satellite and have programed the remote from the remote code guide. TV volume and channel changer work, but picture is a...

This has hopefully been resolved for you, but if not, here are some steps to go through. The black box that comes on the screen is usually signaling that closed Captioning is activated on the tv. Closed captioning does not run through the DISH Network receivers, so you can turn that feature off in your tv settings. The fuzzy picture could be a few things. You will want to check that all of your cables on the back of the receiver box and tv are tight as possible, and also make sure that the tv is on the correct channel. If you are in the room with the receiver, the tv will need to be on channel 3 or 4, and sometimes an input; usually video 1 or 2. If you are in a number two room, where there is no receiver, than you want to make sure that the tv is on channel 60 or 73. I hope that this helps!!!!!

Trouble regaining tv picture

It sounds as though the TV [video monitor {Hitachi}] is not set to an input that is sending a signal. Snow is the result.

Cycle through the inputs on the set with ALL devices ready to send signal.

If you have good access to the input area you should see all of the names and what is plugged into each.

Record tv with Panasonic DMR-E75V DVD Player / VCR

Not sure about this, but my guess would be that you don't have the correct channel set on the DVD recorder. It has to be the channel that you use to receive your signal, NOT the channel that you necessarily want to record. For instance- if you use channel 3 to receive your signal from dish, cable etc but want to record a program on (hypothetically) CBS which is (again hypothetically) channel 24 from your dish or cable provider you would go to "Prog/Check" on the remote, highlight the "New Timer Program" line and press "Enter", and then use the numeric buttons to select channel 3 (the channel you use to receive your signal, NOT 24, the channel you want to record). You will have to program your dish/cable box to provide the channel with the content you want to record, in this case- 24.
Not sure if that was your issue, but hope this helps.
