Making hot chocolate in regal 36 cup coffee maker

I want to heat water in a 36 cup Regal coffee maker, mix the appropriate amount of hot chocolate mix and use to dispense. Does anyone forsee a problem with this....i.e. clogging? I think if I mix it thoroughly, even disolve it in some hot water in a concentrated version before adding to the coffee urn, that it should work successfully. Any thoughts????

I've never done that myself but I have seen it done at a school function when my children were younger. If you make sure to rinse the valve thoroughly after you empty the urn, what problems could it cause?

Why can't remove paddle from regal pro bread maker 6725?

You don't really have to remove it at all. But pour very hot water into the pan and let it sit for about 10 mins. empty out, be careful it wil be hot then twist the blade it should come off. If not use a pastry brush and paint a little veggie oil on it.

I can't find a model # on my kitchen pro bread maker, all I can find is the date of manafactor 1997. I just need to know the capacity. 1 or 1 1/2 lb.

Bread pan Capacities

Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:

1)If your pan holds less than 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf

2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf

3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf

This is rare, but if you pan holds 14 cups or more you can make all the above plus a 2.5 pound loaf

What is the order of the ingredients : dry first then wet

I usually put wet first then dry. Just don't mix the salt and yeast at the same time. The salt will kill the yeast.

If using the timer cycle to make bread at a later time, put all wet ingredients and salt in first. Then the flour, then put the yeast on top of the flour so the yeast doesn't mix with the salt.

Bread does not rise and very airy

Welcome to the rest of the world: Right type of flower, amount of water and milk, salt and sugar and yeast in the right sequence. Do not open the lid, not close to draft and choose right programme. Ready mixes usually work easier. Still better result in conventional oven and let it raise under teatowel before. Goes a lot faster.

Look at the box first. Many times it will have instructions on it. However sometimes it may not and have only the the dry ingredients. If the box has no instructions, see how many cups of flour the mix uses. If it uses 3 cups of flour total, the mix is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf. If the mix uses 2 cups of flour it will make a 1 pound loaf. Box missing this info? It's time to take the flour out of the box to measure it with at measuring cup. Mixes sometimes combine all the ingredients together so it will measure bit more than 3 cups for a 1 1/2 pound loaf or 2 cups for 1 pound loaf. After finding out how big the loaf is going to be then get the bread pan and instruction manual and start constructing the dough. I'd find the recipe in the manual that matches the mix the best to find out how much liquid to use. (for a classic whit its 1 cup for 1 1/2 pound leaf and 3/4 cup for 1 pound loaf) Then I put the liquid in the pan first along with butter (if necessary), followed by the dry ingredients in the mix with the yeast at the top. Put the pan into the bread machine and select 1 or 1 1/2 loaf or if it is a french or sweet bread. Press start. Unfortunately I have a different machine than you do, but I think this will help.
