Question about Xerox WorkCentre PE120 All-In-One Laser Printer
4 networked users, never had this problem before, but any document more than a couple of pages long is now causing the printer to stop printing, and we have to turn it off and turn it back on to get printing to start again.
That is normally caused by firmware corruption. You can go to Xerox.com, click on support and drivers, then in the search box enter pe120, then go to drivers and downloads and download the newest machine firmware . There are directions on how to install the firmware , make sure you follow them step by step. It's pretty easy and should resolve your problem.
