The wash tank heating element is control by 1. the dual Float switch 2. The temperature control 3. the high limit thermostat 4. Contactor 5. tank heat fuse 6 element itself. Hope this help. God Bless.

Rose, error code E10 means no water or trouble with water supply or drain hose not connected properly. I will post your manual pg. 43 is trouble codes and pg. 44 to 46 is trouble shooting section. If you are not comfortable doing necessary repair call a good appliance tech. to diagnose and estimate repair. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Type 60870 not heating water!Have a wiring giagram for trouble shooting?

Could be: faulty power board (completly or only relay for heating element), faulty wiring between heating element and power board, faulty heating element (interruption, short circuit or current leakage,on some heaters faulty thermal protection).

Depending on the model, the display shows the i60 fault code or the LED end of the program will flash 6 times (only model without display).

How does the heater work

If you looking for the heating element details on this dishwasher then refer to page 43 and 44 on this manual
http://www.webstaurantstore.com/documents/pdf/wareforceundercounter.pdf
it is a typical coil heater working on 400V for rinse water. I thing wash water heating unit is an additional option.

Champion uh100b over heats, trips the limit on the tank, replaced limit and that was not the problem

The high limit is doing its job.It would have some thing to do with control like the thermostat or the contactor could be sticking.Does this have a float in it.Is it clean.Do you have hard water. Is water in tank before heat kicks on.Here are a few things to check. If you are not comfortable with electric and know how to read a volt meter be careful and always turn off the breaker.

Water to dishwasher not hot enough

The 737 model could run on even lower temperature (80F). Given time, the unit will heat up the water. the trick is to give it time.

That model is made for commercial use, not really for residential. It will not fully drain every cycles. The important thing to keep in mind is to empty the dishwasher (turn it off, pull the stand-pipe out, and drain) every night and left empty. When you want to use the unit, put the plug back in and turn it on, wait 20 to 30 minutes and it should be ready.

Heats up water slowly, only by repeated operation

The wash tank element should be operated through a 3 or pole contactor which gets its power only when the rinse tank has come up to temp and switched the thermostat over(rinse tank heating takes priority). Is the rinse tank element fully intact ie-is it pulling its full amperage or is part of the element blown causing it to take longer to heat? Is the rinse contactor dropping in when the thermostat for the rinse tank is turned fully down? It sounds like a thermostat or contactor problem- good luck and let me know how you get on. Kitcheneer
