My bluetooth usb wont work on my laptop .I usein vista and it tells me that it is a toshiba stack

Initially check whether the drivers for the blue tooth is installed or not .

This can be seen from the device manager if there is no drivers installed for it install the drives needed for it by using the cd provided with the blue tooth.
.After installing the drivers when u plug the dongle you have got led blinking inside the device if the led is available .
if the above steps give you positive result sure your bluetooth will work. if not there may be some problem in the device

HK-760 Bluetooth dongle, pairs with my HP computer but after inserting the passkey, the computer starts searching for the peripheral device drivers without which a connection between my jabra VBT2050...

This device, according to the Jabra website, is intended only for phones, not PC's. The PC is searching for a driver in order to know how to communicate with the device. Since the VBT2050 does not have the necessary software contained within itself, the PC starts searching for device drivers. There are none that I could find on the Jabra website, so I don't think it is intended to be used with a PC.
