Question about Sony Computers & Internet
I have bought and installed this along with the mouse, both working fine apart from whenI press the backspace key on the keyboard, it deletes the intended target the replaces it with a# any help on how to stop this happening? Backspace is one of my most popular keys to press.
Apologies for wrong brand in the Brand section, couldnt find mine.
You can also gently flick off the relevant letters with a screw driver and clean the underside and the actual keyboard switches, but one at a time incase you forget where they go.

Try buying a can of compressed air and cleaning around those areas if you have spilled liquid on them ,that could be the prob as well
