Question about Magicard Rio Card Printer
I have been printing cards successfully and all of a sudden the printer wont print through cardfive software.I can do test card to printer but when I use software nothing happens.I have latest version of cardfive and using vista. Can you help.
First of all, for Windows Vista, you need to be using the very latest driver (V6.02).
You can download this by following the link below;
Just enter your printer's serial number in the QuickSearch box.
Please Note: - With CardFive software, you need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the printer list, then select the printer driver with the Windows logo next to it called 'Magicard Printer Series'.
If you still can't print from the CardFive software, can you print the Windows test page?
