Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hp tower will not reboot

Could be a tough one for someone who isn't in front of your computer.
You could try to get into safe mode. Turn it on and then keep hitting the F8 key until a screen comes on giving you some options. Also you could try inserting the CD that came with it, not to re install, but to just wake it up, then remove it.
Advice would be to buy a back up external hard drive and only use it to back up weekly, this way you have a copy of registry etc.
Hope it works.
One more thing you could try is to see if your memory chips are loose inside the case, sometimes dirt keeps them from making contact with the board's contacts, causes the same thing.

My monitor suddenly lost signal and hasn't returned

do you mean the processor fan that is located near on the left top corner on the motherboard? if that stopped working then turn of your pc immediately. probably the cpu overheated. if that fan does not work replace it immediately as it will burn the cpu.

Constant rebooting of a computer can be cause by alot of reason the most common for this is due to oevrheating, to check if this is a overheating problem try to open the case of the tower and put a electric fan in front of the tower to coll it down then power ON thecomputer and if it booted up fine with a electric fan blowing on the tower we're sure that you need to add some colling device on the computer tower, But if still do the same thing the problem here is the power supply unit it needs a replacement already....
