I have a similar problem as I have acquired (last night) a similar Woolies safe, locked, batteries dead & keys do not work. I am told you may be able to reset the code if you can depress the red button on the back of the door from the back of the safe through one of the bolt holes, easier said than done! Needs a stiff piece of wire or thin steel... good luck I will try this technique soon. These instructions were found by surfing the Net...

On later models there is a reset button on the side of the safe door nearest the hinges which may make it harder to do this.

I have the same problem but I never ever programmed safe or inserted batteries - think I just need the key to open safe. Could I borrow one of your spare/old "manual" keys, please? I would gladly pay for one - even as just a short-term loan.
    Thanking you in anticipation, Michael.

Guys the easiest way to open it, is by hitting the safe with some force at the top and turning the dial at the same time. It took me a few goes but it does work.. here is a youtube video demonstrating this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOdmMb90YEE .. was pretty amazed it actually worked. The battery in my safe did not have enough power to release the catch and my bypass keys were inside the safe.. so I was pretty screwed until I found this!

I purchased the wndchaser mistingfan approx 2 yrs ago. It doesn't work after having been used a few times. The switch doesn't work to turn the fan on. I tried to contact the co by phone to no avail

It probably is out of warranty. Most warranties last no longer than 1 year. The switch needs replaced. But it would be cheaper to buy another brand of fan than to pay someone to repair the one that you now own, unless you do the repair yourself.

Capacitor

Hi,
The best place to find that is back at Home Depot...you may be able to match it up at a local electrical supply house, but usually they are a forgien made cap and are not readily accessible to the consumer in the states...

Have several small DT-70 table fans. Wondering is it possible to take them apart for cleaning? I have NO idea where my manuals are, bought them several years ago. If they cannot come apart for cleaning,...

There are 6 screws, deeply recessed, in the rear of the fan case. (At least that is how they are on mine, phillips or cross head)
Once they are loosened, the front and back will come apart. I Do that annually so it can be thoroughly cleaned..
Otherwise, I use a toothbrush to fit between the slots to get most of the dust, also a paintbursh with stiff bristles for the outside grills.. Similar small brushes should work for loose dust. Also can blow out loose dust with a shop vac with blower capability.

The furnace wont turn on even though it says it is

not all digital thermostats are compatible with the manufacturers circuit control boards in the furnace. Hunter has had this problem several years ago. Other than that you may have miss wired the unit. usually the furnace is used as backup heat (during defrost) or emergency heat if your heat pump konks out. Are you switching to emergency heat for a furnace call?

Unfortunatly that is a common thing with most manufactorers now a days! they are not in the service industry. make it, sell it, dump it, make a new one. and the cycle goes on and on. You may be able to find a repair person who can fix the fans for you at a reasonable cost.
