I am so sorry your phone is requesting a PUK code. I hope you did not put in other codes after it asked for the PUK code. If you didn't, you are safe! Then, contact your service provider. They'll provide you with the PUK code. Your nokia will then ask you to type in a new PIN code. twice! Make it easy for yourself! PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the IDEA Customer care number from another IDEA mobile and they will provide you with the PUK code.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

i cant tell you the puk code by telling network provider. You can call to your network provider customer care and give your sim number that is written in your sim card. They will give you puk code. By using that you can unlock your sim card....Hope you will succeed,...
Typically when a phone is asking for a PUK code it means you have tried to edit or set the secuirty pin code. Unfortunately these codes are already predefined by the sim card and the service provider. It gives you the sensation that you can set or change the code but you cannot. You get 3 attempts to enter the correct code after which the phone asks for a PUK code. When it asks for the PUK you also get three tries to undo it. Again PUK codes are predefined by the sim card and the service provider. If you call your service providers technical support number or customer service number they can provide you with the PUK or the PIN code.

You can only get the PUK digits from your network service provider. But you know there are some service centers that are retrieving PUK digits- but I'm pretty sure they have contacts to the network. Try to go there but I'm sure they will charge you for that kind of service. Trust me I did it once too.
my phone says PUK blocked and i cant do anything cuz it says tht its blocked i cant even type in a code 2 try and fix it cuz it wont let me.....PLZ help me unblock it :(
