Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I am in Pakistan and my friend sent to me form the US, i only got the device with the cable, now i have a problem, whenever i attach it to my system first it says usb connected and after 2-3 minutes it says, there is a problem with the device and it may not work, is there any software required or what? even it does not get charged when attached with the system. Any solutions?
Have you tried connecting it to another PC? There is no software necessary for basic music transfer....Player should be in "MSC" mode to copy / paste the Mp3 files into the music directory of the player. But if it's not charging either, there may be something else wrong?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
