CHILD LOCK STUCK ON

- I suggest you start from beginning.
If the child safe light is on, showing that it is activated ,then to de-activate it, hold child lock button down for at least 4 seconds, you should hear a bleep, and the child safe light should go out.
If it does not , then try holding the start and cancel buttons together for at least 2 secs, and try to deactivate it again. if this still does not solve the prob, then I think you are going to have to call an engineer.

- you should be able to turn it off by holding it in for a while longer,5-10 seconds, unless the circuit board is faulty
