The next day when i was wanting to play i pressed the 'A' button then the Wii menu flashed up for a sec then went to a page where some Japanese words came up, i can't read Japanese so i can't understand it but i know it said something about refer to the Wii user manual. worse thing is the Wii Manual is of course in ***! Please help! thank you in advance.

goto the setup menu,it will ask you if you have internet connection, turn on network discovery on the wii, this will find you internet connection, after that it will ask you for the connection password, type this into the wii and hit the connect button, now you have your wii hook-up to the net..
Reboot your wireless internet and move your Wii closer to the source of the wireless internet. Oftentimes the nintendo wireless receivers are far weaker than the wireless cards in computers or other wireless devices, so moving it closer should help. If this doesn't work, you can purchase a LAN extension for you wii and hook it up to the internet directly through a wired connection. Let me know if you need anything else.

If you do not have wi-fi. You need to get an adapter wich is an usb on one side and the ethernet port on the other. After that you go into the wii settings on the home menu bar and go into the connection settings which will show you 3 buttons type things. Once you click one of these a menu should appear asking you if you have wireless access, wired access, or AOSS access. You just click the one you have and follow the instructions. Good Luck!
