Question about Frigidaire ATF6000ES Front Load Washer
We just bought a Frigidaire front loading washer from HHGregg yesterday, when the washer is turned off or even not plugged in it fills with water. The first load we tried it filled up so high it blew the door open. Less than 24 hrs old. what could be the problem?

Hello hitman43 - Are the house valves turn on fully? Most common cause is a faulty switch that doesn't allow the value inside turn or a kinked fill hose. Other possibilities can be water valve faults, faulty control board, pressure switch or wiring failure. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.

I'm assuming your washer is a Kenmore or Frigidaire front loading washer. E10 error code is an indication of a slow fill, took to long to fill, no fill or the fill water could be siphoning out the drain hose as it's filling with water.
Check to make sure that the drain hose is not stuck too far down the stand pipe and causing the water to siphon out. Check the cold and hot water supply to the washer for any restrictions. If you have a slow fill remove the hoses from the washer and check for restricted filter screens in the water inlet valve. Check for any restricted hose screens too.
