Need to know how to replace the thermostat on a 1996 buick century wagon 3.1 6 cylinder engine

Trace the upper radiator hose to the mounting area on the intake manifold. Loosen the hose clamp on the manifold end of the hose and remove the hose. Pull the thermostat out of the intake manifold.

Hotpoint nvlr333evoww runs but clothes will not dry

there is chance that the heating element has gone bad but the first things to check are all your thermal fuses inside the cabinet of the dryer. They should all have continuity and the one that does not have anything then it needs to be replaced

Model NVLR333EVOWW Not heating up

your element has burnt in half where the sparks are coming from is the end of the element touching the metal. You need the model and serial number go to the nearest appliance parts supplier and get a new element they aren't that hard to replace. Always make sure you disconnect the power source before doing any repairs to the dryer. Good Luck

Dryer is working but won't heat. Its just blows cold air. Help please the model is a hotpoint dryer nvlr333evoww.

Thermostat controls heat. There is also a

motor centrifulgal switch, in the element

circuit, that the motor closes to insure

the motor is turning. Try another heat

setting. There is more than one

thermostat. You may have blown the

'thermal fuse' too, whcih requires

replacemant.
