You have to connect to it and then type the ip address in the browser. The browser shows the setup screen and logon page. You logon and set the security.

Are you sure it is the firewall,
I would suggest using a simpler encryption protocol for your wireless.

Try this, your IPS Virgin, is a modem? remove AC from the ISP modem and remove battery(If it has one), remove AC power from the Linksys. Insert battery and plug in the virgin ISP modem, allow it to run the self test, may take a few mins. Plug in the Linksys, ( Is it secured with a SSID and security code?), wait for self test. turn on your computer boot normally. You must use your Cisco Connect CD Install, this runs a wizard, otherwise you need to know default IP address, administrator password and some other data.
