Yes.
u will have to open the printer with a screw driver and carefully remove the sides which are attached with internal clips.inside there will be sponge like material which collects the ink.just need to replace that or clean it with water and dry then and reinsert that sponge.

This will handle that problem.
1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal.

I unable to copy, it keep showing ink absorbers is full

Under your printer's print head, there is a compartment built to take up excess ink during normal operating. That message indicate that the compartment is full of waste ink. If you are good at fixing things , you can clean that bin, otherwise refer it to a service centre for cleaning.

Ink absorber is full

Canon printers have an ink absorber that soaks up any excess ink. When this is full it can cause problems with your printer. You can send it in to be serviced but a much cheaper option is to replace the pads yourself or to try cleaning them.
See this link for detailed instructions how to change the pads:

Waste ink near full

There is a collection area in the printer that when the print head are not in use they rest over. It usually has a sponge\foam material. It collects excess ink and keeps the print heads clean. Any way, waste ink near full means it needs to be changed.

Ink absorber is full

Waste ink is full. The printer needs servicing. Can be done yourself, though EXTREMELY MESSY! And you'll need to find how to reset the counter, or just look here:

http://www.fixya.com/support/t1987764-canon_mx310_wase_ink_full_any_ideas

The waste ink pad is a huge and dirty job. It requires nearly full disassembly of the machine and full washing and drying of the waste ink pads. Resetting the counter without cleaning the pads will result in waste ink overflowing out of your printer and on to what ever the printer is on. As for printer disassembly, service manuals are not generally available for consumer grade machines, which means you're on your own. Having torn down many machine's myself I can tell you it takes time, patience and a good memory. Take good note of where everything came from and how it goes back together.

Tells me that the waste ink tray is getting full. How do i clean it myself

The tray sits under where the heads park and usually has a foam sponge that soaks up the ink. Fish the sponge out with tweezers or long nose pliers. Wear rubber gloves--the ink gets on everything. Either wash it out with detergent and hot water or buy a new one to replace it.

What is the wasted ink collector? A sentence appears when I try to print out a page. It tells me that the collector for the wasted ink is nearly full.

there is a waste ink tank that stores excess ink from the printing process.

it is almost full and would need to be cleaned or replaced. and then the printer needs to be reset. Recommend Canon service for that problem, there are instructions for it posted online if you care to look around.

Waste tank is full, How do fix it, can I clean it myself?

Inkjet printers have a fibrous pad inside them that collects the waste ink from cleaning the print head. Over time, this pad fills up with ink and can no longer hold any more. When this occurs, the printer indicates a "waste ink full" error.

Replacing the waste ink absorption pads is something an authorized canon service facility can take care of for you. Once they are replaced, it'll be functional again.
