If you have not already done so, check Roblox for system requirements. If your computer meets these requirements, go to the computer manufacture's website, go to the "Support" area, Drivers and Downloads. Use this to make sure all your drivers are up to date. Without more information about the computer, i.e. Dell, Gateway, HP, and the operating system that is installed, there is not much more that I can suggest.
