Question about HP Compaq Presario F730US Notebook
I've had a 1 and a 1/4 inch wide band from top to bottom and in the middle of the screen from side to side for approx 4 months. It's see through but is either green or pink depending on the back ground. I haven't been able to get it to a repair person and would like to know what may cause it and what the fix might be?
Thank you for any ideas you might have,
Your laptop trouble mostly cause disconnection between motherboard LCD signal output socket to the lcd panel driver board(at back of panel there is a board at top of back panel. there are two posible repair:
1) check disconnection parts like LCD signal cable between motherboard and LCD panel and all plugs sockets around there. it could be fixed.
2) LVDS decode and driver board damage or matrix rubber cable disconnected they all tough to repair, so that is only easy way to change a new LCD panel finally
it this helpful please feed back thanks
