Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I was out of black ink & low on color. I replaced both cartridges - new, right out of the foil wrapping - and continue to get the same "empty" and "low" messages. Black won't print at all.
Hi... try these steps
>unplug power adaptor and plug it back in
>try to identify whick cartridge is giving u trouble..black or colour by inserting carts one by one
>if sam ething happens..contact tech support on 800-332-4120..printer would be replaced
