Where is the serial number? I need it to register. I ordered it off amazon.com and it didn't even come with a CD?

Standard advice for lost/stolen Kindles:

You want to deregister your device first and foremost to prevent someone from purchasing items with your account.

Immediately go to your 'Manage Your Kindle' page:

Scroll down the left-side menu and select 'Manage Your Devices'
Find the Kindle that is lost/stolen.
**BE SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE DEVICE, FOR FUTURE REFERENCE**
Then click 'Deregister'

** You will need that serial number when you contact Customer Support, and to identify your device from a Lost & Found, and also it will be needed if you file a police report or file an insurance claim to your homeowners or rental insurance policy.

Then, contact Customer Service and report the loss/theft. Amazon cannot help you locate your Kindle, but they will use the serial number to block the device from being registered in the future by someone else. Do this soon, because if the person who might now have your Kindle already registered it to their own Amazon account, it cannot be blocked from registering at your request any longer.

Don't use the email option, but use the Phone option (if available from your location) or Chat option. By using the Phone option, after you send your phone number in, an Amazon Representative will call you back in a minute or two, sometimes sooner.

In your Amazon account, ( If you don't have one, create one) simply login and click on the "Manage your Kindle" tab on the right of the screen, and then select the "my devices" option, where you can register or deregister your Kindle.
If your Kindle is second-hand, you'll need the serial number of your Kindle to register it in your name.

Did you buy this software? You should have the serial number already unless you lost it.

It is advisable to buy the product because even if you get serial from someone the company still will surely block the product because all serial numbers are registered with ip addresses, they will know instantly who is using their product. And if you download a crack then chances may that it may contain a trojan or a keylogger.

When you register your Kindle, you'll be able to purchase and download content easily. You can register or deregister your Kindle on your computer through the Manage Your Kindle page, or right from your device.

2. Don't enter a password. Check the button next to "No, I am a new customer" and then click the Sign in using our secure server button to continue.

we can't supply the product key for your software only the Roxio web site can do that, this key is an anti pirating product protection activation key and as such can only be issued by the software maker, sorry. here is the Roxio support site link, but here is what the site says about the requirements for getting a replacement product key number, this is copied and pasted from the Roxio web site. web site link is below.

First you will need to register at gateway, I took the serial number you provided and gateway has no record of it, once you register it, you should be able to purchase the recovery disks. I'm including the link:
