There are allenhead bolts on each limb that connect them to the handle frame. tighten these bolts evenly (one turn on one side should be matched with one turn on the other) this will increase the draw weight you are pulling

Treadmill shuts down once you speed up

Since you didn't say the manufacture or model I will just give general information that can cause problem. Most treadmills use a DC motor feed back system even through its plugged into an AC outlet. This allows user to control speed. As speed increases the unit draws a higher voltage DC which intern causes a higher amperage in your AC. So lets say yours is a 15 or 20 amp at 110v as you increase that speed it draws more ampage it causes more heat if the heat gets to hot it will shut down the unit. What can cause this if you use an extension cord of the wrong gage. If cord feels hot to or warm its to small. Friction between the belt and the deck. Their are waxes you can blow under the belt which reduce friction see the manufacters instruction. This will lower amp draw and keep unit running cooler. Weight of person has a very high effect on amp draw. Most treadmills have a weight limit. The higher the incline while jogging the more impact on belt and deck makes motor work harder causing unit to heat up. In otherwords anything that increases friction increases heat. You didn't say if new or older unit. Electronics wear with age and break down again mostly due to heat. So keep unit away from heat sources. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between compound bows and crossbows?

Compound bows have become much more popular among archer because they provide opportunities for many people to become proficient due to the reduced draw weight and ease of shooting. On the other hand, crossbows are increasing in popularity and help disabled shooters participate equally because of the comfortable horizontal shooting position.

What is 'stacking'?

This isthe amount of increase in weight as the bow is drawn. It occurs in all bows, but can be intensified in three ways. First, the bow may be too short for thedraw length. A longer bow could help this problem. Second, the ratio offiberglass weight or thickness should also be increased. Third, the moreradical the limb design the more the stack will increase. This means that at agiven limb length the bow weight, a more pronounced recurve design, will stackmore at full draw. The use of multiple tapers in a limb can also causestacking.

How should I choose my Bow Draw Weight?

Make archery fun. Choose a bow draw weight that is comfortable, less than what you are capable of pulling. Many new archers become discouraged and quickly lose interest in the sport when the bow is so heavy that it is not fun to shoot, or when the bow is so heavy that accuracy is lost. Most states have a legal weight of 40-50 lbs

What is the right hair cut for woman aged 35,fat and with oval shape face? also pls give me an advise about the clothes i should be wearing.i am 5 ft in hight,10 kilos over weigth.thanks

For hair I would recommend to keep your hair long and layered. As far as clothing I would recommend loose flowy clothing and clothing that fits, and wear clothing and jewelry that draws attention to your favorite features. Horizontal stripes are usually better to avoid because they give an illusion of making people look wide

Sears Tape deck/Turn table skipping!

Hi the pennies will mess up the stylus. There should be an anti skate setting at the back of the turn table, a round adjustable bit with numbers, increase the anti skate and then use the balance weigth (weight right at the back of the arm that turns to get the weight right. Set the anti skate with the tone arm light, then increase the weight a bit. Hope that helps
